Delivery and Logistics

- You may use your preferred freight forwarder or allow us to arrange shipping on your behalf.
Late or Missing Payments

- Failure to complete payments as agreed may result in order cancellation or additional fees.
Order Cancellation

- Orders can be canceled before production begins, but a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
2. Cancellation After Production
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
